If ya didn’t get a chance to make it to the Rat-a-Tat this year, well…it was a blast. For the 4th year the tattoo and music expo had it all, great artists, great bands and great friends. Whether you were gettin tattooed and entering contests, checkin out the bands, checkin out the girls, or just hangin poundin beers, ya probably had just a good of time as I did.
