So who doesn’t like a good Schwarzenegger flick? I think it’s safe to say everyone has at least one that jumps to mind when his name is mentioned, even a couple, other than the Terminator movies. Now picture all of those famous lines that you know from those movies and put them into a thrashy, brutal, kick-ass metal band and call it Austrian Death Machine.

Tim Lambesis form “As I Lay Dying” has put out 3 releases with this comedic relief side project, and manages to play guitar, bass, drums and do most of the vocals himself. Various other musicians from other well known metal acts are providing all of the guitar solos. Chad Ackerman(Destroy The Runner) and Josh Robert Thompson(celebrity impressionist) provide the Shwarzenegger voice overs for the full length releases “Total Brutal”(2008) and “Double Brutal”(2009). A.D.M. has even released a CD single “A Very Brutal Christmas”(2008), that has a rendition of Jingle Bells, that’s perfect around the holidays for drowning out the monotonous drivel spewing out of the mouths of those people we call our relatives.
