The Rat-A-Tat 4, tattoo, piercing and music expo will be taking place this coming Saturday, Nov. 28th at Northern Lights in Clifton Park, NY. Doors will open at noon. For 12 bucks you’ll see bands poundin out music until midnight while the artists will be doin their thing tattooing all day long.
