Formed in Birmingham Alabama way back in the year 2004, the southern swamp rock sounds of Maylene and the Sons of Disaster have quickly become a crowd favorite at every event they have played. With three LP’s now under their belts, they continue to amass a following ranging from hardcore kids to classic rock fans and everyone in between.

Vocalist for Maylene, Dallas Taylor, was the original singer for christian metalcore band Underoath, which he left in 2003. Since then, his ferocious wide ranging vocal style can be heard on all of the 3 Maylene LP’s.

The raw, dirty, crunchy guitar riffs blended with Dallas’ southern style screams have caught the attention of more than just the regular fans. The song “Step Up(I’m On It)” from the latest Maylene and the Sons of Disaster III, was the theme for WWE Bragging Rights, and they performed it for unified tag team champions Chris Jericho & The Big Show.
